Terry Sershion, president of Fiduciary One, is a specialist and consulting expert on insurance coverage and bad faith claims and is the only licensed public insurance adjuster in the Cincinnati area. Terry is not a lawyer and cannot give legal advice.
In March 2007, Terry founded Fiduciary One based upon his desire to assist clients in need of insurance expertise on complicated and unusual issues.

Prior to becoming president of Fiduciary One, Terry had a successful career at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Senior Claims Specialist and a Team Manager. He brings a unique perspective along with a wealth of knowledge and experience to his insurance consulting practice. He has vast experience handling and overseeing insurance issues including: bodily injury, property damage, workers compensation, physical damage, special investigation, airplane and watercraft, errors and omissions, employer’s liability and ERISA. He is also available as an expert witness in cases dealing with insurance issues.
Terry is uniquely aware of the judicial and legislative branches of government and highly respected among his colleagues in Ohio and Kentucky. He also has served as an Intercompany Arbitration panelist and participated as a panelist in over 300 arbitrations, over 50 mediations as an insurance adjuster and has consulted as an expert witness.
Terry earned a BS degree from the University of Cincinnati and has attended and presented at many workshops and seminars on the topics of Kentucky Workers Compensation and Diversity.
